What payment methods are accepted?

We accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If another payment type is required (ACH, check, wire transfer), send a purchase order to sales@taltech.com and we can invoice you. Software will not be delivered until payment is received.

What license options are available / how many PCs can the software be used on?

This depends on the license that you purchase. Our basic "Single" licenses can be installed on only one PC. However, we offer Multi-Workstation licenses at significant discounts. Here's an outline of the licenses for our desktop software:

Each license is valid for the specified number of PCs / users within a single company. A license cannot be "split" and resold or distributed across multiple companies. A single registered contact will be able to receive product updates and technical support. For more than 50 PCs, contact us for a custom quote.

Is there reduced pricing for upgrades?

Yes, we offer two different types of upgrades: software upgrades and license upgrades. A software upgrade is an upgrade from a lesser version number to a newer version number (ex: WinWedge Pro 3 to WinWedge Pro 4). These are generally available for a reduced cost and can be ordered online. You must have a valid serial number for the older license in order to process the upgrade.

A license upgrade is an upgrade to a higher number of allowed PCs (ex: Single to Team license). These are always available for just the difference in cost between the two licenses. Contact us to get a quote and place the order.

Can the software be downloaded instantly or will physical media be shipped?

All the software that we sell can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Your account login credentials will be emailed to you along with an order receipt. Just log into your account to view your serial number and download the software. Our demo software requires an unlock code to use it beyond the 30 day trial. Instructions on unlocking the software will be emailed to you automatically within 10 minutes of the purchase.

In addition, the following software can be shipped: WinWedge, Barcode ActiveX, Barcode DLLs. The shipment will include a CD and manual.

Are there any discounts for educational usage?

Yes, we offer 15% discounts to all academic uses of our software. Contact us to verify your organization's eligibility.
