What payment methods does TALtech accept?
TALtech accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Orders can be placed via credit card either through our online ordering system or by calling TALtech directly at 800-722-6004 or 215-496-0222.
Are there any discounts for ordering multiple copies?
Yes, TALtech offers discounted mutli-license packs for all software. Multi-License pricing, along with all other options, are listed on the main order page and itemized by products. For custom quotes of 2 or more licenses, please contact us directly at 800-722-6004 or 215-496-0222. Our sales staff is happy to accomodate your requests.
What are Multi-License Packs?
Multi-License packs are special volume discount packs for our software products. They can also be thought of as site licenses. Each pack comes with a single manual and install disc and allows the user to install it on the specified number of workstations. They are restricted to a single company with a single technical support contact. For instance, a customer cannot purchase a mutli-license pack and then resell each license to different users at different companies. However, a customer may purchase a multi-license pack to install on several workstations in the same factory.
Am I eligible for special upgrade pricing?
Many of our customers that have used our products in the past are eligble to receive a discounted copy of our latest version for that software product. All upgrades are listed on the main order page under the heading for each software. When placing your order, please include your old serial number or, if not available, any information regarding the original purchaser (company, support contact, etc) in the Special Instructions field on the online order form. For verification, we will process your order during normal business hours (9AM-5PM EST). You will not receive an instant download. Instead, we will email you a download link after your eligibility has been verified. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Can I download the software instantly? Is the software available for shipping?
On our order page, each product's delivery availability is denoted by one or two specific icons. Here's a description:

Does TALtech offer academic / educational discounts?

Are there alternative ways of ordering TALtech software, aside from online?

Do I need to register with TALtech.com to order software?
Yes, an easy registration process is needed to order software online. The registration is simple and only requires an email address, name, and password. This allows our customers easy access to our downloadable products. TALtech takes customer privacy very seriously and does not store any credit card information.
How can I access my serial numbers?
Most of our software products are available to download instantly. Some are unlockable demos, which do not require serials numbers. Instead you will be sent unlocking instructions during normal business hours. For all other products, you can instantly access your serial numbers by clicking the "Access Serial Number" link next to the software download in your customer account. Your serial numbers will also be listed on the invoice that is packaged along with your software (if you selected a physical shipment).
My credit card has been declined. What should I do now?
If your credit card has been declined, please verify all of the information you provided on your order, including billing address, phone number, name, and credit card information. If all of this information is correct and your card is still declined, please call us at 800-722-6004 or 215-496-0222 to review your order and discuss available options.

You may still login to your account if you forgot your email address or password.
