First character is removed while using WinWedge in Keystrokes Mode

While in Keystrokes Mode (and typically only when using Windows 7), the data that appears in your application might be missing the first character when compared to the value in WinWedge and from your device. Here's an example of this issue:

This is caused by the way WinWedge and Windows 7 set your application to have the focus in order to "dump" the data as keystrokes into your application. This "focus" issue has been fixed in the latest 3.4.3 version of WinWedge Standard and 4.2 version of WinWedge Professional. Please contact the TALtech support team for the latest files.
