Company Policies

Software Return Policy

We accept returns for our software applications for 90 days after the purchase date. To process the return, we require that you complete and sign a return agreement and we ask you to fill out an optional questionaire to help us improve our software and customer service. If you ordered a physical disc and manual, you will be required to ship us back the items. The refund process will not start until we have received the signed agreement and, if applicable, the physical software shipment. For orders that were ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), we will process the refund after receipt of the return agreement and will immediately remove the software from your online account.

Hardware Return Policy

Returns of hardware (barcode scanners and add-on boards), must be received within 30 days of purchase and will be charged a 25% restocking fee provided the item is in like-new, original condition and packaging. If the item is not in like new condition, we can not accept the return.

When you purchase hardware from us, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace the item in accordance with their own policies. Please contact each company for details:

If you need to return your hardware the following conditions must be met:

  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above we will issue credit to your account less the 25% restocking fee.
