If the hotkey or keyboard shortcut you’ve defined in your software settings isn’t working, try changing it to one that isn’t commonly used by other applications, such as a function key.
The reverse single quote key (`) is typically available, as are function keys F7, F8, F9, and above. On some computers such as laptops, you may need to hold down the “Fn” key before pressing a function key.
